The studio
Biotik is an independent product and UX design studio, founded in 2019 and working from two studios — London and Tallinn. We partner with founders and scale-ups across the UK, the Baltics and Europe to turn strategy into products people actually use.
We’ve been profitable and self-funded every year since we started. That independence is deliberate: it lets us make decisions on a multi-year view, take on the work we believe in, and stay focused on outcomes and craft rather than billable hours.
