Europe — 17 September 2026. Biotik, the independent product and UX design studio, today announced that half of its operations now run on AI. Moving 50% of its operational work to AI has lowered the studio’s operating costs and made it more flexible, faster and more efficient — while its senior team stays focused on the design work its clients hire it for.
The shift reflects how Biotik has always run: a small, senior, fully remote team that keeps overhead low so that more of its effort goes into the work itself. AI now carries a large share of the operational load that sits behind that work, freeing the team’s time for strategy, design and collaboration with clients.

Senior people, AI-powered operations
Biotik’s model is senior design delivered by a small team.
