The Biotik team is the group of senior product and UX designers behind Biotik, an independent studio founded in Tallinn in 2019 and working today from studios in London and Tallinn.
We work embedded with founders and scale-up product teams across the UK, the Baltics and Europe — on product strategy, product design, design systems and conversion — from first principles through to launch and the growth that follows. The studio has stayed self-funded and profitable every year since it started.
We write the Biotik Journal: practical, evidence-led pieces on UX, product design and conversion, drawn from the work. Every article on this site is written and reviewed by the team.
