What we do
How we work
One practice, one team
We take a product from unresolved to buildable and beyond — strategy, design, systems and optimisation in the same hands. No handover between people, no gap between the plan and the work.
Engagements scale to the problem: a fixed-scope UX audit or strategy sprint to get moving, or an embedded partnership when you need design capacity that compounds.
FAQ
Common questions
What services does Biotik offer?
Biotik offers product strategy, product design, design systems, and conversion & experience optimisation — the full path from deciding what to build to shipping it and growing the numbers.
How do you engage with clients?
From a fixed-scope piece like a UX audit or a strategy sprint, through to embedded, ongoing design partnership. We scope to the problem and work as one senior team across London, Tallinn and Europe.
Where does Biotik work?
We are an independent product and UX design studio with studios in London and Tallinn, working with founders and scale-ups across the UK, the Baltics and Europe.
How much do Biotik’s services cost?
It depends on scope. Fixed-scope pieces like a UX audit or a strategy sprint are priced up front; ongoing design partnerships are a monthly engagement. Tell us the problem and we’ll come back with a costed proposal — no surprises.
How long does a project take?
A fixed-scope audit or sprint is typically one to two weeks. A product design engagement usually runs six to ten weeks, and design-system or embedded partnerships are longer by design. We agree the timeline before we start.
Do you work with our engineers?
Yes. We design with real constraints in mind and deliver developer-ready files and specs, and we stay available through build so the shipped product matches the design.
Let’s find the right first step.
Tell us where you are — a problem to frame, a product to design, or numbers to move — and we’ll suggest where to start.
