We’re an independent product and UX design studio in London and Tallinn. We hire for craft and character — and we’re always glad to meet people who care about the work.
Life at Biotik
A studio worth building a career in
Biotik has been independent and profitable since 2019. That stability buys something rare: the freedom to do the work properly, say no to the wrong projects, and invest in the people who do it.
We work a four-day week, remote-first across London and Tallinn, with global health coverage — not as perks, but because rested people do better work. You’ll work as one senior team with real ownership, close to founders, on products that ship. Read how we work.
Open roles
Roles we hire for
We hire ahead of need, so these are open, rolling applications rather than one-off postings. If one fits, introduce yourself — and if it doesn’t, send a general application anyway.
How we hire
A short, respectful process
Say hello
Email us with a note about yourself and a link to your work. No cover-letter theatre.
A conversation
A call about your work and how you think — less quiz, more conversation.
A real problem
A paid work sample or a problem we explore together, so the fit is real on both sides.
Meet the team
A chat with the people you’d work with, then a decision that respects your time.
FAQ
Common questions
Is Biotik hiring?
We hire deliberately and ahead of need rather than in big waves. Even when nothing is formally posted, we’re glad to meet senior designers and strategists — an introduction now often leads to a role later.
Do you offer remote work?
Yes. Biotik is remote-first with studios in London and Tallinn. We work a four-day week and provide global health coverage — more in our how we work page.
What is the interview process?
A short intro call, a conversation around your portfolio and how you think, a paid work sample or a real problem to explore together, and a chat with the team. We keep it respectful of your time.
How do I apply?
Email hi@biotik.design with a note about yourself and a link to your work. If a specific role fits, mention it; if not, send a general application and we’ll keep you in mind.
