Biotik is an independent product and UX design studio. We started in Tallinn in 2019, opened in London, and today work with founders and scale-ups across the UK, the Baltics and Europe — mostly in SaaS, fintech and e-commerce.
We work as one senior team, embedded with yours. Strategy, product design, design systems and conversion sit in the same hands, so nothing is lost between the plan and the work — and feedback is a conversation, not a handover.
We have stayed self-funded and profitable every year since we started. That independence is the point: it lets us choose the work, plan in years rather than quarters, and measure ourselves on what ships and what it changes.

We started Biotik because most design work never survives contact with the product. So we sit inside the team, learn the problem as it really is, and stay until what we designed is what shipped. Seven years on, that is still the whole method.
