Europe — 17 September 2026. Biotik, the independent product and UX design studio, is expanding its international team across Europe with new senior hires. Fully remote since it was founded in 2019, Biotik is growing without an office — and will remain a fully remote company.
The new senior team members join a studio that has worked remotely across London, Tallinn and the wider EU from the start. Growing this way lets Biotik hire the best senior people wherever they live in Europe, rather than within commuting distance of a single office, while keeping the small, senior team model its clients hire it for.
Remote by design, not by exception
For Biotik, remote work was never a pandemic workaround. The studio was built remote in 2019 and has stayed that way through every stage of its growth. Its way of working is designed around it: a four-day working week, global health coverage for every team member, and a senior team that works embedded with clients across time zones.
What the expansion means
- More senior capacity for product and UX design engagements across the UK and Europe.
- A wider European footprint, so more clients work with the team in or near their own time zone.
- The same senior, independent studio — still fully remote, still self-funded.
