London & Tallinn — 5 February 2026. Biotik has closed its 2025 financial year profitably, marking another year of sustainable, self-funded growth for the independent product and UX design studio. It continues an unbroken run of profitability since the studio was founded in 2019.
The result was driven by steady demand across the studio’s core work — product strategy, product and UX design, design systems and conversion — from founders and scale-ups in the UK, the Baltics and across Europe.
Independent and self-funded
Biotik has taken no external funding. Its growth has been financed entirely by the work it delivers, which the studio credits for the consistency of its results: decisions are made on a multi-year view rather than to hit a quarter, and the focus stays on client outcomes and craft.
What drove the year
- Continued demand for conversion rate optimization from teams already in market.
- Early-stage product work with founders taking new products from idea to launch.
- Longer-term partnerships with scale-ups investing in design systems and UX at scale.
