UX research services

Good design starts with knowing what people are trying to do and where they get stuck. As a UX research agency we run the methods that fit the question: interviews and contextual inquiry when you need to understand motivation, moderated usability tests when a flow is failing, unmoderated tests and surveys when you need numbers, and analytics review to see where the drop-off actually is. Findings come back as decisions your team can act on, not a slide deck of quotes. The UX design process we follow is built around these loops.

UX strategy and consulting

Sometimes the problem isn’t the interface, it’s the decision behind it. Do you offer UX research as a standalone service?

How much do UX design services cost?

Two models: a fixed price for a scoped project (an audit, a research sprint, a redesign of specific flows) or a monthly engagement where a senior designer is embedded with your team. Both are agreed up front by scope, not by the hour. Tell us the problem and we’ll come back with a costed proposal.

How long does a UX design project take?

A UX audit takes five to ten working days; a research sprint two to four weeks; a redesign of core flows six to ten weeks. Embedded engagements run month to month for as long as the work needs a senior designer.

What does a user experience design agency actually do?
